★ Helped a consulting firm design EDI interfaces for their client through the use of M3 APIs.
★ Served as functional lead for an implementation of the Procurement module for a client who was already using M3 for accounting processes, but had acquired another company and needed to migrate them to M3. Designed the process flow, conducted multiple demonstrations of proposed functionality for business leaders, customized the user interface to guide the new process and consulted on data conversion and interface development.
★ In similar fashion, led the implementation of the Customer Order sales module as well, including process design, configuration, user interface customization, and StreamServe development
★ Served as a short-term resource on an implementation project to get manufacturing configuration and testing underway until they could find a full-time permanent resource
★ Helped a client undergoing a name change with StreamServe modifications to multiple commercial documents, including checks.
★ Guided the process to create a new division, including M3 configuration and StreamServe adaptations required for commercial documents and checks.
★ Assisted technical staff with environment copies to refresh their testing environments, and the use of API’s to design EDI-standard interfaces.
